Lately I have been very absent from social media and the blog, more absent then I would have liked to be. After everything happened with Joshua my life and my job (cough, cough, this blog) just got put on hold. Even though it happened a month ago I still remember it all so vividly which is why I am FINALLY sharing what happened and our Cooks experience. Be warned this post will be a bit on the long side. (It will also have a lot of photos because if we are being honest hospital lighting is insanely perfect for photos!!!)

The Best Pizza Around!
This past Wednesday Joe and I were invited to an Influencer Event at Your Pie in Frisco, Texas. Yes, it was a two hour drive but I was desperate for some alone time with my husband and this was our chance. I had never previously been to an influencer event so we had no idea what to expect.. honestly we had never even been to Your Pie before, so we were going in blind. We knew it was pizza but that was it. I just want to personally thank the people at Your Pie who put this event together and provided us with complementary pizza, drinks, and gelato.
