Happy Monday Y’all!!!! Today is my birthday and I am celebrating 21 years worth of life and achievements. 2018 flew by and my birthday honestly snuck up on me, but it always does when it is the same week as thanksgiving. I’m That Mom
I’m that mom. That one phrase just sent a million mom stereotypes through your mind. I’m the juicebox mom, the tv time mom, the that-cracker-has-been-on-the-ground-since-breakfast-but-go-ahead-eat-it mom, but I am also a mom who loves her some with my whole heart. For my first child I have been told that my parenting is a bit relaxed but that’s how I was raised. I grew up drinking juice while glued to Scooby Doo, and probably sticking things in my mouth that I should’ve kept out but honey, a little dirt never hurt anyone.

Say Good Bye To Mombie Eyes
Sponsored Post on behalf of VIICode Beauty written by me. All opinions and words are mine and mine alone.
Raise your hand if you feel like a mombie! My definition of a mombie is the mom that hardly get her 8 hours of sleep, the mom who uses the fullest coverage under eye concealer you can buy, AND drinks an unhealthy amount of coffee (or tea). I will be the first to tell you I am a mombie and when I don’t wear makeup it shows. My beautiful hazel eyes have always been accented by bags, fine lines, and dark circles. I am not even 20 yet and I have some pretty defined lines under my eyes from lack of sleep, but I guess that is what happens when a night owl has a child.

What Defines The Modern Mom
I am a young mom, a modern mom with an alternative style. I’ve always been a bit out there with my looks and haven’t really been one to conform to societies norm when it comes to my style. That being said, if looks could kill I’d be one dead mom. . To be honest, I probably wouldn’t have made it out my pregnancy alive. Crazy hair, tattoos, piercings, and stretched ears… that is what you would see if you looked at me. We live in a world full of people who define your capability of being a mother on what you look like. If you don’t look like the cookie cutter mom with the mini van and the stereotypical blonde mom bob then people see you as a danger.
