  • 2017 In Review

    Hey Y’all, I know that it’s been a while so to close out 2017 I am going to be doing a small year in review style post.     I’m that mom. That one phrase just sent a million mom stereotypes through your mind. I’m the juicebox mom, the tv time mom, the that-cracker-has-been-on-the-ground-since-breakfast-but-go-ahead-eat-it mom, but I am also a mom who loves her some with my whole heart. For my first child I have been told that my parenting is a bit relaxed but that’s how I was raised.   • Tackling Toddler Mealtime

    Let’s face it, meal time with a toddler is not easy. I absolutely hate putting a plate and drink in front of Joshua… in fact I hate putting food in front of him period. It always end up all over him, the floor, and…well.. anything in grabbing distance. He usually eats in his diaper but in public that really isn’t acceptable and most bibs don’t really keep the mess off of his chubby, little legs. We have tried every sippy cup under the sun and have only found one that is the slightest bit leak proof.
