Now that I am feeling better I will be sharing a lot more makeup related posts here! I am so excited since makeup is one of my favorite things and is honestly something that gives me that little boost I need to face the day. Today I am going to be sharing a sweet cotton candy themed halo eyeshadow look! Perfect for the carnival or local fair!

For the eye look I used the two shades of pink and shade of blue from Killer Queens Cosmetics’ Neon Lights loose pigment stack, as well as, my Aurora glow kit from Anastasia Beverly Hills.

To start I got a little bit of the lighter pink pigment on a fluffy brush. With that brush I applied the shadow in the crease of my eye, inner corner, and outer corner… leaving the lid colorless.
Next I got the darker shade of pink on a smaller brush and applied that color to the outer and inner corner of my eye to darken those specific areas.
After I blended the two shades of pink together I took a flat concealer brush and saturated it with the blue pigment. To apply the blue I tapped it onto my eyelid to get a bright pigment and blended it up towards my crease. To achieve the “halo” effect I took the shade “Orion” from my Aurora Glow Kit on the same brush and tapped it on top of the blue slowly blending the two colors together.
Once my eyeshadow was blended to my liking I took my favorite liquid eyeliner and gave myself a fierce wing! To make the look even more fierce I applied some sexy false lashes from Killer Queens Cosmetics.

To complete the look I used a liquid lipstick in the shade Rose Quartz from Killer Queens Cosmetics.
