I am a Skinny Coffee Club Brand Ambassador so they send me coffee monthly. That being said this post is NOT sponsored by them. I just wanted to share my favorite coffee recipe with you! All words are my own.
Every New Year most people set a goals, and one of the goals that most everyone has in common is to.. lose weight. I’m not going to lie that is one of my goals for 2018. I finally want to lose the post baby weight and the weight that I have gained since having Joshua. I have tried multiple things and found a few that actually help me stay in check as well as kick start my day. Today I will be sharing one of those with you!
I have been drinking Skinny Coffee Club coffee for a while now but have been doing it inconsistently so haven’t seen the results I was wanting. That being said I have seen testimonials of people drinking this stuff like you are supposed to and losing the weight. I will say that when I do drink my Skinny Coffee Club coffee I feel more energized, I’m less bloated, and I just feel a whole lot better about myself. For me that is enough to keep drinking it because if I see that from being inconsistent I wonder what I will see with drinking it consistently.
Skinny Coffee Club recommends staying away from dairy and artificial sweeteners as they can hinder the loss of weight so for this recipe I use Unsweetened Almond Milk.
I have tried drinking this coffee many ways.. black, extra coffee added, and a little of sugar and sweetener even though you really aren’t supposed to, but it wasn’t til I made a delicious latte that I actually enjoyed drinking it. I’ve learned the more you enjoy something the more likely you are to continue doing it.

Pour 1 mug of near boiling water and 1 teaspoon of Skinny Coffee Club into a french press and leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes. (I usually let it infuse longer because I’m a mom and have lost all sense of time when my toddler is running around the house terrorizing the cat.)
While the coffee is infusing, mix a splash of milk, a pinch of cinnamon, a cap full of vanilla, and a drizzle of honey together. My measurements are really exact but simply put you don’t really need much. Heat to warm and then froth away until the milk mixture is creamy and bubbly.
Add coffee to mug, top with milk, and ENJOY!
